Shippping:

After payment is received and verified, a notification email will be sent to arrange for deliveries or process services purchased. And an unique order number created at each purchase can help tracking orders.
Phone call verification may be required sometime before deliveries will be made for new customers who use paypal to pay. So you'd better confirm that your phone number as well as your email address is available.

'Live Support' is always available for a shipping time estimate. Also we have specified a standard shipping time on each products page.And if it's prossible, you'd better keep in touch with us through 'live support' along the delivery especialy for those goods that have to be traded face to face in game. It's understandable that we can't talk too much in game as usual.

However, we will not be responsible for delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as network problem, server maintenance or account difficulties.

And before any complaint being filed, please make sure you have checked your email box and read all of the updates regarding each of orders. And if you haven't recieved any kinds of updates from us, it can be possible that our emails have been blocked at your end. Or we may encounter network problem.

Returns:

Because all products on the site are virtual/digit, so as long as products have been delivered, no returns provided.

Refund:

We are always trying to complete each delivery in standard time. If failed, you have your right to ask us for a full amount of refund or not. Refund then will be done in no more than 12 hours. If delivery has been completed already, we will refuse any application of refund.
